Electromagnetic metering pumps

GS Series

GS Series electromagnetic metering pumps are the ideal solution for water treatment applications requiring precision, reliability, and versatility. Designed to ensure constant and accurate chemical dosing, GS pumps stand out for their high performance, ease of installation, and integrated safety.

Thanks to their robust construction and compatibility with a wide range of chemicals, they provide flawless operation even in demanding environments. Intuitive control systems and built-in safety mechanisms ensure an efficient, safe, and malfunction-free dosing process.

Precise and reliable chemical dosing for water treatment

GS electromagnetic metering pumps are designed for applications where dosing must be repeatable, controlled, and adaptable to the system’s requirements. The range includes constant, proportional, multifunction versions and versions with integrated pH or chlorine measurement.

The choice of the electromagnetic metering pump depends on several key factors, which must be carefully considered to ensure the best performance and reliability in the specific operating context.

The parameters to be analysed are:

  • The nature of the fluid to be dosed, its chemical compatibility, and the possible presence of solids
  • The required flow rate and the system discharge pressure
  • The desired type of control: constant, proportional to flow, or with integrated measurement (pH, ORP, chlorine)
  • The compatibility of wetted materials and process connections

GS range

The GS range includes five models of electromagnetic metering pumps, each designed to meet specific dosing requirements: from constant ON-OFF configuration to proportional versions with integrated pH or chlorine measurement. All pumps are equipped with the L/M/H performance selector, which allows the same pump to be adapted to different flow rates and pressures, ensuring maximum system flexibility.

QUALITY

Operation without valves or seals, reducing breakages and malfunctions even in heavy-duty applications and where high suction capacity and gentle handling are required, without altering the characteristics of the fluid.

SAFETY

Particularly suitable for sensitive and chemically aggressive products, thanks to compatibility with a wide range of wetted materials and integrated safety mechanisms.

PRECISION

High dosing accuracy and consistency for applications requiring precise fluid control, with a tolerance of ±2% from 10% to 100% of the nominal flow rate.

Thanks to their simple construction and reduced maintenance times, GS metering pumps offer extremely economical operation and maintenance.

Integrated performance selector

GS electromagnetic metering pumps are the ideal solution for precise and versatile dosing requirements, allowing different flow rates to be achieved with the same pump. The same pump can adapt to the specific needs of the system, delivering a higher flow rate to meet the chemical requirements of the installation or reducing the maximum flow rate to ensure even more precise dosing.

PILL:

– L → Low (maximum precision)

– M → Medium (balanced)

– H → High (maximum flow rate)
