fonctionnement<\/strong>, en particulier dans les installations traitant des fluides<a href=\"https:\/\/www.fluimac.com\/fr\/principaux-secteurs-dapplication-des-pompes-a-double-membrane\/\"><strong> (presse-\u00e9toupe)<\/h4><p>Le joint \u00e0 toron utilise des <strong>anneaux tress\u00e9s<\/strong> impr\u00e9gn\u00e9s de lubrifiant, comprim\u00e9s autour de l&rsquo;arbre par le presse-\u00e9toupe.<\/p><p>Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une solution simple et robuste, encore utilis\u00e9e dans les installations :<\/p><ul><li>\u00e0 basse pression<\/li><li>avec des fluides peu agressifs<\/li><li>o\u00f9 un r\u00e9glage simple et \u00ab sur place \u00bb est n\u00e9cessaire<\/li><\/ul><p><br \/>En revanche, elle n\u00e9cessite des r\u00e9glages fr\u00e9quents, des remplacements p\u00e9riodiques des anneaux et tol\u00e8re un <strong>l\u00e9ger \u00e9coulement<\/strong> (n\u00e9cessaire pour le refroidissement et la lubrification).<\/p><p>C&rsquo;est pourquoi, dans les processus modernes, elle est souvent remplac\u00e9e par la garniture m\u00e9canique.<br \/><br \/><\/p><h4>Garniture m\u00e9canique<\/h4><p>La garniture m\u00e9canique est aujourd&rsquo;hui la solution la plus utilis\u00e9e dans l&rsquo;industrie car elle offre de meilleures performances en termes d&rsquo;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9, de dur\u00e9e de vie et de r\u00e9duction des fuites.<\/p><p>Elle est compos\u00e9e de <strong>deux surfaces d&rsquo;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9<\/strong> (faces planes) :<\/p><ul><li>une solidaire de l&rsquo;arbre (<strong>rotative<\/strong>)<\/li><li>une fix\u00e9e au corps de pompe (<strong>contre-face<\/strong>)<\/li><\/ul><p><br \/>Les faces sont maintenues en contact par des ressorts et\/ou des \u00e9l\u00e9ments \u00e9lastiques et par le principe d&rsquo;\u00e9quilibrage hydraulique\/m\u00e9canique. En pratique, elle permet :<\/p><ul><li>une isolation quasi totale du fluide<\/li><li>une r\u00e9sistance aux pressions et temp\u00e9ratures \u00e9lev\u00e9es<\/li><li>une usure moindre par rapport \u00e0 la garniture m\u00e9canique<\/li><li>des intervalles de maintenance plus longs<\/li><li>une compatibilit\u00e9 avec les fluides corrosifs<\/li><\/ul><p><br \/>Le choix d\u00e9pend du fluide, de la pression, de la temp\u00e9rature et des conditions de fonctionnement.
