Vertical Mixers

Vertical mixers are used in many industrial applications for mixing liquids, allowing efficient and homogeneous mixing to be achieved. Their complementarity with pumps makes them indispensable in many production processes, helping to improve their efficiency and quality.

The Fluimac mixer series are verticalized for application in different production fields, with specifications that make them suitable for mixing or dissolving more or less viscous liquid products in tanks of various sizes.

FDH AGITATOR
Polypropylene Agitator

The FLUIMAC® FDH polypropylene agitator is designed for rapid mixing applications in chemical and physical wastewater treatment plants (WWTPs). Thanks to its simple and compact design, it represents a reliable and cost-effective solution for small chemical dosing stations where efficient mixing at low cost is required. The marine-type propeller, available in various diameters, combined with motors directly coupled to the shaft, allows for high configuration flexibility and optimal adaptation to different tank sizes.

FDH AGITATOR
Stainless Steel Agitator

The FLUIMAC® FDH agitator in SS316L stainless steel combines simple construction and robustness, making it ideal for fast mixing applications in chemical and physical water treatment plants and chemical dosing systems. The absence of a gearbox and the direct connection between the motor and the shaft reduce mechanical complexity, improving long-term reliability. Different combinations of marine-type propeller diameter and motor power ensure wide operational adaptability, even in the most demanding environments.

FVP AGITATOR
Stainless Steel Agitator

The FLUIMAC® FVP agitator is a versatile and cost-effective solution for mixing processes in chemical and physical wastewater treatment plants and chemical preparation and dosing systems. The worm gearbox design allows for low rotational speeds with an excellent cost-performance ratio. The 4PBT45° pitched-blade turbine ensures effective and controlled mixing, making the FVP suitable for numerous industrial applications, including but not limited to:
• Preparation, maturation, and storage of polyelectrolytes
• Preparation and storage of general chemicals
• pH correction
